Rescue efforts underway after Typhoon Hagibis dreches Japan with widespread floods

Rescue efforts are in full force in Japan following Typhoon Hagibis, which drenched Tokyo and surrounding areas and left at least seven dead and 15 missing. Hagibis, one of the strongest storms to hit Japan in decades, made landfall south of Tokyo on Saturday evening and moved northward.
