How To Improve FPS in ARMA 3 and DayZ Standalone

This is my guide to getting better FPS in ARMA 3 and DayZ Standalone. All these tips combined doubled my FPS. Enjoy! Disclaimer: Step 2 and 3 are system wide changes so do so at your own risk. I have included annotations in the video that explain how to reverse these changes. IMPORTANT: As of patch in ARMA 3 GimmeMoarFrames will not allow ARMA 3 to start. To reverse it, go back into the GimmeMoarFrames zip file and double click the file as admin.
