An interview with American paleontologist and evolutionary biologist Stephen Jay Gould. He was an expert on land snails in the Caribic area. He was fascinated by the evolution since he was five years old because of dinosaurs, when he visited the American Museum of Natural History. With Dutch journalist Wim Kayzer he talks about his youth, his theories, the Burgess shale and his work.
