How to Make an Edwardian Corset Cover Without a Sewing Pattern | Historical Sewing Tutorial
In this video, I show you how to make a simple, easy Edwardian corset cover without a sewing pattern! I made this corset cover with repurposed materials and fabric scraps, and you can too!
This style of corset cover is historically accurate and appropriate for wearing with early 1900s and 1910s style clothing. It also makes a cute cottagecore or summertime blouse!
Supplies for making this corset cover: embroidered fabric (or fabric with a strip of lace sewn to the top); lace, ribbon, or fabric for straps; ribbon to cinch the neckline; buttons; scraps of fabric for the placket and waistband.
