All you will need for this 20 minute standing ab workout is a dumbbell or a form of external added resistance and some space. This 20 minute standing ab workout comprises of 20 separate exercises so there are no repeats!
Each exercise in this no repeat workout has 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest with standing ab exercises that work on the obliques and main frame of the core. As with all ab exercises, control and being conscientious with your exercise far out weighs completing lots of repetitions.
