Warped galactic dust, star clusters, and improved orbits display

A quick recording of UE4 Galaxia in action. Features: New camera mode for looking around the character/ship, with infinite zoom out. Also added a new method for stretching the galaxy dust, to make them appear more like real galaxies. Star clusters are WIP. Figuring out a way to efficiently render all those stars is challenging! The new orbits display is now drawing as triangles instead of lines, so that they can have more than 1px thickness. Also added fading to the orbits so it’s easier to find the planets.
