Lifebuoy & Ministry of Education launch H for Handwashing alphabet book by Ruskin Bond

It’s the first anniversary of our ‘H for Handwashing’ campaign, where we want to change how kids are taught the alphabets. H may have been for Horse or Hippo, but now it should stand for Handwashing. On this year’s #GlobalHandwashingDay we are proud to launch of our every first children’s book by the celebrated author, Mr Ruskin Bond. The iconic storyteller gives his tiny readers a new look at the alphabet, with each letter imparting an essential lesson. The book has been adopted by Ministry of Education, Government of India, to be disseminated across schools in India, and is available for free download at
