WATCH: Russia demands minute of silence for all lives lost in Ukraine crisis since 2014 at UNSC

Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba called for a moment of silence at the start of a UNSC meeting on February 24 to honor the “victims of the aggression“. But before everyone could get out of their seats, Russian Ambassador Vasily Nebenzya called for the microphone to tell the Council “we are getting up on our feet to honor the memory of all victims of what has happened in Ukraine starting in 2014. All of those who perished, all lives are priceless.“ After Nebenzya’s objection, all in the Council rose to honor those who have died in the conflict. Friday’s meeting coincides with the anniversary of the conflict. __________________ ShanghaiEye focuses on producing top-quality contents. Nobody knows SHANGHAI better than us.
