Innusya will prepare delicious borscht with dried forest mushrooms. On the West of Ukraine including some region of mountains people usually prepare this borscht for Christmas Eve. This borscht with mushrooms is eaten with dumplings with mushroom filling. These dumplings are called - “Vushka“ (ears). Borscht with dumplings (“Vushka“) is prepared without meat. People use mushrooms and beet kvass . This is a vegan dish without meat and animal products. Borscht will be the main dish. The second will be dumplings with sauerkraut. And for dessert, Innusya will prepare dumplings with cherries and poppy seeds.
