Sergei Lavrov stated that the proposals of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres regarding the grain deal did not contain any guarantees. “I spoke with him [Guterres] a few days ago on the sidelines of the BRICS meeting in Johannesburg, he told me about his new initiatives and sent me a corresponding message.
