Basic Yoga Stretching Exercises This yoga exercise routine will help stretch the different parts of your body. First, we will stretch the cervical area of your neck. The second stretching exercise will help stretch the triceps, which are located on the back of your arms, and your deltoid muscles, which are located on your shoulders. The stretching will also benefit your trapezoid muscles on your upper back. The third exercise will help with the different areas of your back, mainly the thoracic and lumbar regions around your spine. The last part of the stretching exercise routine will benefit your legs. With the different stretching, it will help with your quadriceps, which are located on the front of your legs, the thigh region. It will also benefit the muscles in the back of your legs as well.
