The March of the New Army is a Ukrainian nationalist song and march adapted from the song “March of Ukrainian Nationalists“ as known as “We Were Born in a Great Hour“ by Oles Babiy. The modern March of the New Army was presented on the eve of Ukrainian Volunteer Day in 2017. The performance of March of the New Army presented in this video was by Ukrainian vocalist Oleg Skrypka. The footage presented is extracted from the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Military Footage Archive, The Sun, and The Telegraph. This song honors the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who fought and died during the War in Donbass. This song and video is a tribute to the brave defenders of their motherland in the Ukraine, to all those soldiers, known or unknown, who die so that their nation may live strong, sovereign, and free.
