Russia fumes at NATO nation; Lashes Poland for seizing diplomatic accounts amid war

The Polish prosecutor’s office has blocked the accounts of the Russian embassy and commercial office in Warsaw, said Ambassador Sergey Andreyev. The accounts were blocked by Santander Bank after it told the embassy that it had ceased cooperation with the Russian government. The Russian envoy said there were significant amounts of both US dollars and Polish zlotys in both accounts and called it a violation of Vienna convention.
