Since people tend to not appreciate pigeons clawing their face, he was getting slapped and kicked around, so I thought it was safer for him if I brought him out of the streets. Someone probably hand raised him, screwed him up, and now all he do is try to mate with people’s heads and ignore other feral pigeons.
