Work of the crew of the Storm-S anti-tank missile system

Work of the crew of the Storm-S anti-tank missile system After receiving information from scouts about the detection of an enemy infantry fighting vehicle near the line of combat contact, the crew within a few minutes unmasks the vehicle, puts it on alert, replenishes its missile ammunition and moves to a position in the specified area. The design features of the multi-purpose tractor allow it to move at considerable speed even on dirt roads muddy from rain and snow, as well as work in off-road conditions in wooded areas. In turn, the Storm-S missile system works effectively not only against enemy armored vehicles. It is capable of destroying concentrations of manpower, strongholds, as well as low-speed, low-flying enemy targets. During the air strike, the crew of this anti-tank complex repeatedly hit mortar positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, dugouts and enemy infantry, which fired from the ruins of buildings. The technology uses ammunition with a cumulative warhead. For other targets, missiles with high-explosive warheads are used. Having detected a target, the vehicle takes an advantageous position and strikes the enemy infantry fighting vehicle with a supersonic anti-tank missile. After completing the combat mission, the vehicle returns to the shelter. Join Military Wave Источник: Military Wave
