In this video I use an oxy/acetylene torch to cut the slots between the drilled holes. I then shape the openings with a small die grinder spinning a tungsten carbide straight bur cutter. Then I use the Milwaukee portaband to separate the scribed pieces. Again using the portaband I rough cut the 2x2 square tubing to length.
