Bolt cutters vs. Master Lock 7/16 Boron Alloy Padlock

cutting a large master lock contractors series padlock with a pair of 42 inch bolt cutters. The lock has a shackle that is 7/16 inch thick made of a boron alloy supposidely to be 50 percent harder than hardened steel.
