WEB EXTRA: Amtrak Train Hits Empty Utility Truck

An Amtrak train hit a utility truck that was parked close to the tracks on Thursday morning (3/18) in Oakland, California. According to authorities, no one was inside the truck at the time of the crash and none of the 111 passengers or crew members on the train were hurt.
