The Land of Pain | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

It’s time for another indie horror title and today we take a look at The Land of Pain. This was an earlier made title by the same creator who made The Alien Cube. Lovecraft and Cthulhu are at the center of the story in both games and that of course peaked my interest since I love Lovecraft’s cosmic horror. The Land of Pain was okay, but can definitely see how the developer has improved in his later game. The game looks great but can be a bit rough around the edges sometimes or feel like it lacks purpose. A few of the chase sequences are not that fun or repetitive (especially the one through the swamp) but at least the puzzles are pretty cool and varied. It’s an alright experience for those who are craving a bit more horror in their daily life. #game #horror #gaming
