Forging A Mosaic Damascus Knife. Part 1.

A customer wants a mosaic pattern knife and I’ve got a mosaic damascus bowie build-off competition coming up. My first few attempts at the mosaic technique yielded straight trash! Time to figure this out once and for all. 1084 and 15n20 steel are forge welded then manipulated to form a special pattern used to construct a custom knife. Huaaaawwwwkkkkk! hang on, I’ve got a lugi.
