If you want to make it into a balanced dish, you can also add some vegetables, such as carrots, enoki mushrooms, cauliflower or broccoli to the dish. If you are using carrots, cook the chicken and carrots at the same time. If you’re using broccoli, enoki mushrooms or cauliflower, add them towards the last 5 minutes of cooking the chicken.
