Bei der BERLIN FASHION WEEK zeigte das Design-Duo Nan Li und Emilia Pfohl ihre Summer/ Spring Kollektion „In Loving Memory of my Sugar Daddy“ im Kronprinzenpalais Unter den Linden. Im Pressetext steht: „In the Bible, women are ditpicted in one of two mutually exclusive ways: as the virgin or as the whore. The myth of Adam and Eve establishes women as the demonic seductress responsible for the downfall of mankind. Western European society’s inequality and rigid views on gender have been oppressively enforced across the globe, a legacy that remains throughout modern society.” Nan Li und Emilia Phohl studierten beide auf dem Royal College of Art in London und gründeten 2015 ihre Marke NAMILIA. Seither gibt es eine große Resonanz bei der internationalen Presse und dem Publikum. Inspiration holen sich die beiden Designer bei der queeren Partyscene.
