Malcolm is a slightly unorthodox tank build for the Elder Scrolls Online! In a game where anything is possible, we just did something crazy again! This build is fully focused on building as MUCH ultimate as possible in the shortest amount of time! Every stacking bonus you have can sometimes make you build ultimate so fast (in content) that you can fire the Flesh abomination (aka Malcolm) and a warhorn over top of each other within the same 3-4 seconds!
