1944 Lego Tank Battle

Two M4 Sherman tanks of the United States Army 70th Battalion make their way through Normandy after landing at Utah Beach. The markings on the tanks are based on decals sold for 1/35 scale model tanks. Sherman numbered 15 in the 70th Battalion in Normandy in 1944 was nicknamed “Columbia Lou.“ The other tank “Double Trouble“, was also there, but was numbered DT-7 and was a modified bulldozer tank, not number 6.
