No 15, Gunter Havenstein from East Germany, leading, closely followed by Frank Sando and behind him is Perkins. They reach the fourth bend and turn into the straight. Havenstein is about a yard or so in front of Sando but Sando puts on a tremendous burst, draws level and beats Havenstein on the tapes. SCU.
