Ruby & James | Don’t Blame Me

[eng below; subtitles available] Leute ich kann nicht mal in Worte fassen wie viel es mir bedeutet dass dieses Buch so so gut verfilmt wurde. Die Buchreihe ist eine meiner allerliebsten und gerade wenn man die Historie der deutschen Buchverfilmungen meiner Lieblingsbücher (hust Kerstin Gier hust) betrachtet, hatte ich echt ein bisschen Angst vor dem Ergebnis, aber es ist SO. GUT. Die meisten Charaktere sind einfach direkt aus dem Buch gesprungen, hallo?? My boy Alistair, Lydia, Graham, Ember und natürlich Ruby und James sind einfach absolut perfekt besetzt. Und dann ist das Ganze auch noch so buchgetreu. Ich heule. Ich hab echt teilweise bei Szenen einfach losgeheult weil ich sie aus dem Buch wiedererkannt hab, zB als Pippa reinkam oder das mit dem übermäßig geilen Stecher :D danke an alle Beteiligten, ein Traum ist wahr geworden ❤️ Finds auch absolut abgefahren welch hohe Wellen das jetzt international schlägt :D ENG: I cannot put into words how much it means to me to have one of my favourite books of all time adapted like this. It’s so close to the book, almost everyone is cast perfectly and it’s just PERFECT and AMAZING. Thank you to everyone involved to making this dream come true and bringing Save Me to the big screen with the love, attention and devotion it deserves ❤️ now I’m hoping for a second and third season!
