Статическое упражнение, которое задействует практически все мышцы вашего тела, особенно пресс, спину и руки. Положение тела - опираемся прямыми руками в пол (как отжиманиях от пола). Руки на ширине плеч. Стоим в таком положении максимально ровно и неподвижно.
A static exercise that involves almost all the muscles in your body, especially the abs, back, and arms. Body position - we lean with straight hands to the floor (as push-ups from the floor). Hands are shoulder width apart. We stand in this position as flat and motionless as possible.
