Making a rosette iron

In this video I show how I make a kitchen utensil used for making rosette cookies, a rosette iron! Rosettes recipe: 1 egg 1,5 dl Wheat flour 1,5 dl Milk 1 tablespoon Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla sugar I fry them in canola oil at about 180-190C, about 30 seconds each, until golden.
