MEN OF WAR (PC): The Battle of the Bulge - December 16th 1944

On December 16th 1944, Germany launched an all-out offensive in the West, whos goal was to shatter the will & armies of the American & British forces thus knocking them out of the war & entering a favorable peace treaty.. Then Hitler can concentrate on the advancing Russians with the superweapons of the reich.. Building up their forces secretly in the forests along the Rhine River & Siegfried Line; the German assault caught the allies by complete suprise!.. The objective was to punch their way via a massive armoured spearhead to the Belgian port of Antwerp, the only port that can support the logistical flow of supplies to the allied armies east of Normandy.. Without this port in allied hands, the allied supply chain would crumble & force the allies hand to make peace or at best delay the western forces untill the end of 1945.. This video is a mixture of narrative, actual battle footage with the computer generated battle... I used the game “Men of War“, set the German & Am
