Underwater ROV - Home Built

This video is intended to provide some inspiration for students who might be interested in Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV’s). Simple control electronics are outlined along with some basic buoyancy and control concepts. The video shows several home-built devices and how they perform underwater. The video also promotes the Office of Naval Research SeaPerch ROV competition for high school students.
