To the west, the units of the Vostok group of forces managed to come close to the eastern borders of the Golden Field. — Russian attack aircraft made direct contact with the enemy in the direction of the villages of Novoukrainka and Bogoyavlenka, where some units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine retreated from Ugledar. — The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are advancing in the area of Bogoyavlenka and tearing up the last serious line of defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this area. — According to Ukrainian military publications, the Russian stormtroopers had a little more than a kilometer to reach the village. — The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has dismissed the commander of the 72nd brigade, Ivan Vinnik, who headed it since 2022 and was recently responsible for the defense of Ugledar. — Ukrainian soldiers are preparing the defense along the Dalneye— Constantinople—Maksimovka line.
