Chimera - Chimera (recorded in 1969-1970) (UK, Psychedelic/Folk Rock) Full Album

A peculiar English baroque-folk with psychedelic and progressive elements. A project of two vocalists - Francesca Garnett and Lisa Bankoff, who were helped by several cool guys. Rick Wright and Nick Mason feature on some tracks; Guitarist Bob Weston played in the band Ashkan during this period, then joined Fleetwood Mac. The album was released 32 years after recording and certainly deserves the attention of not only Fairport Convention fans. Francesca Garnett and Lisa Bankoff wrote a book about their life in “swinging London“ in the late 60s and early 70s, published in 2002 by Peter Publishing under the title Making It!
