Elixir & Erlang - Fundamentally Pragmatic with Lars Wikman Why would you choose Elixir? It is not as strict as Haskell and not as popular as Java. I’d argue that you should choose it because it is better than both. But to be reasonable and nuanced, this will give a background on the strengths of Erlang, how that was improved in Elixir and what that means for backend systems and especially web services.
