Hamas Top Leader Killed in Iran, Hezbollah Second-in-Command Killed in Beirut

JERUSALEM, Israel – In a stunning development, the top leader of Hamas, and the man many consider to be the number two leader of Hezbollah were assassinated within hours of each other. Many believe the assassinations mark a turning point in the war between Israel and its Middle East enemies. Iranian media announced Wednesday that Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was assassinated in Tehran after he attended the inauguration of Iran’s new president.
