This is consistent with the audio recording made by Ginny Carr from the 36th floor of One Liberty Plaza, about 300 m (~984 ft) away from WTC 1. Lights flicker briefly at the Burger King restaurant and inside WTC 4 when the plane enters the tower. 10:03 - FDNY fire marshals Jim Devery (left) and Ron Bucca (right) making their way on Liberty Street toward the WTC. Bucca died later when WTC 2 started to collapse, killing him and Batt. Chief Orio Palmer, the first firefighters to be killed inside this building while inspecting the lower impact floors.
