Active duty US airman sets himself on fire outside Israeli embassy

An active-duty member of the US Air Force set himself on fire outside the Israeli embassy in Washington DC, US, in protest of Tel Aviv’s war on Palestinians in Gaza. The man reportedly declared he would not be complicit in genocide and repeatedly shouted “Free Palestine” after self-immolating. According to local police, he is being treated for critical and life-threatening injuries.
