Suspected shooter killed after Donald Trump assassination attempt
Law enforcement agents are investigating a suspected assassination attempt on the former president Donald Trump. A man with a rifle fired several shots towards Trump during a campaign rally in Butler country, Pennsylvania.

Secret Service agents leapt on Trump amid the ensuing panic. Footage shows the former president clutching his right ear with blood splattered on his face. One spectator was killed and two others were critically wounded. The FBI later identified the shooter as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, according to the Associated Press
