LARGE COMMISSIONED ABSTRACT PAINTING - Part 2 - by Toronto Fine Artist Lori Mirabelli

Welcome back everyone to Part 2 of this very large abstract painting. In this video, you are going to see the next steps in this process and how I continue to build my layers in this abstract painting. Painting something that is this large takes time and can’t be completed in one session. It would also be hours of video, so what I’m trying to do is show you some of the process, the important steps it takes to complete a large-scale project such as this one. I think there is one more video that will show the next layer in the process before I start working on each piece individually keeping in mind that this will be one painting made up of three large canvases. I’ll have my headset on in the next video so I’m pretty there will be some dancing lol. The overall size of this piece will be 18 feet high and 13 feet wide. It will be installed in a condo lobby in downtown Toronto.
