I love this band a lot, and I’m a big fan of the production on this album. This song has been on my to-do list all of 2023. This year (2023) has been an incredibly different and challenging year for me, and I haven’t had any time to keep up with Youtube content. The reality of it is that I don’t really earn anything from Youtube, which is completely understandable given the nature of the content I upload. I’m not upset about this or complaining at all because I enjoy making drum covers, and Youtube is an amazing tool for me to showcase my playing/engineering/mixing/etc. With that, all of my work is usually session drumming work, mix work, and other random jobs related to music. This year and last year have been incredibly busy with music related work, which I feel very fortunate about. All of the work I’ve had combined with all of the general life stuff that has been occurring the past couple years, it’s a big part of why Youtube and social media has taken a back seat for me. I think I’ve figured out a plan to stay balanced moving forward, learning/filming/uploading videos at a pace that I think is manageable and healthy for me. I really can’t thank everyone enough for the continued support with my drum videos, my solo music, with any of the musical endeavors and projects I’ve started over the years. It really does mean a lot!
