11-year-old Clara is escorted by caretakers as they attempt to reunite her with her baby girl, who was snatched away by a dominant male on a pre-release island. Meanwhile, 9yo Rinto is nurturing young orangutans, as if in training for parenthood. Darril and Liti are a couple it seems, but Darril becomes a little possessive when Liti goes to play with the others. Class-clown Valentino is falling behind his classmates in school, so he decides to work on his tool-use it pays off.
