“Spirals“ is the third single off Keening’s debut forthcoming EP “The Yellow Portal“ to be released in late 2021. Keening started as a splinter project by The Raudive’s singer Marc Atkinson. “The Yellow Portal“ takes you on a sonic journey through sickness, mental illness to redemption via a witches brew of references from Charlotte Perkins and Robert W Chambers to Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, Have A Nice Life and Joy Division. “The Yellow Portal“ is more than just an album, its a cursed gateway into a paranoid world of cosmic and sonic fear.
