Touhou 14.3 - Impossible Spell Card - Stage 10-4 (No Item) (Tool-Assisted)

I wanted to find the strategy to pass this spell without item. Focusing to the right and going back to the left with the same tempo make you pass through the knife but i don’t think i’m able to do it in a normal run.
