Portugal, Spain hit by severe floods and wind from Storm Fabian

A powerful storm brought severe winds and flooding to Spain and Portugal on Sunday after Storm Fabian slammed the Iberian peninsula. The promenade in Galicia, Spain saw large waves generate an impressive amount of foam, while the weather also submerged multiple buildings and roads in parts of Portugal. It was the second storm to hit the peninsula in less than a week, with the remnants of Storm Elsa beginning to subside after hitting the coast on Wednesday. At least eight people have died in the storms.
