Men work to clear soil and rocks from coastal railway line. The fall was caused by a landslide. Pan down to other men working and then to the foot of the cliffs to show smashed steam engine laying wrecked on the rocks.
N.B. Miraculously the passenger coaches were left on the line when the locomotive was swept away.
