Akhmed Zakayev: ‘Kadyrov is Putin’s personal project’

This is the opinion of Akhmed Zakayev, a political refugee from Chechnya. He is convinced that all the Ramzan Kadyrov’s tricks are sanctioned personally by Putin, and the West no longer takes Putin for a politician all in all, for he’s trailed by a chain of political assassinations and terrorist attacks.
