Buffalo Chicken Dynamite Rice - Food Wishes

This fast, fun, chicken and rice casserole was supposed to be a delicious tribute to the Buffalo Bills appearance in the Super Bowl, but due to circumstances beyond my control, that didn’t work out as planned.
