What I Packed for Racing the HT550 - Ultra Bikepacking the Highland Trail by Jenny Tough

See what’s in my packs for my HT550 race, finished in joint second place in 4 days and 23 hours. Featuring Lola the labradoodle. The Highland Trail explores 550 miles of the most rugged and remote terrain in the Scottish Highlands. The route features world class singletrack and dirt roads with stunning views throughout, but you must put in some serious effort to reap the rewards. The most impressive sections will require some hike-a-bike for even the most proficient mountain bikers. The HT550 annual race is one of the OG ultra cycling unsupported events, and considered one of the hardest races in the calendar.
