Newborn baby horse abandoned by mother was saved by a woman from euthanasia!

Meet Peabody, the smallest and most adorable horse in the world. Until recently, Peabody was abandoned by his mother horse and could have been euthanized. When the baby was born, he was too small, so much so that he could not reach his mother’s udder, and she refused to feed him. The newborn horse required constant care, so veterinarians suggested euthanizing it. Miniature horse trainer Faith Smith learned about the baby’s birth. That same day, she rented a small van and drove across the country to the colt’s owners in San Diego to buy him back.
