The view of the Alanya Harbour

The harbor is characterized by its breathtaking views of the azure Mediterranean Sea and the majestic Taurus Mountains that form a scenic backdrop. It is flanked by ancient fortress walls and towers, including the iconic Red Tower (Kızıl Kule), which was built in the 13th century as part of the city’s defensive system. The tower derived its name from the red bricks used in its construction. The harbor is often filled with an array of vessels, from traditional Turkish fishing boats to modern yachts and sailboats, adding to its vibrant and charming atmosphere. Strolling along the promenade, visitors can enjoy a leisurely walk, take in the coastal scenery, and capture mesmerizing sunset views over the sea.
