261 kph WATER ROCKET TRIKE ǀ 0-100 kph in second () ǀ Rider: François Gissy
Many of us had the opportunity to launch small rockets made from soda bottles filled with water and compressed air. Using this very simple principle and with some rainwater, I have reached 261 km/h (162.2 mph) on a homemade trike, while accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h ( mph) in second (the average acceleration during the first 852 milliseconds, which was the elapsed time needed to cover the first 60 feet ( meters), was metres per second squared or g).
